I consider you to be a gutless wonder who abuses the free speech rights so many others have had to fight and die for.. Were the US governed by people like yourself, we'd have submitted to foreign domination long ago... All you can find are reasons to criticize US foreign policy without ever trying to understand the limits and self-restraint this, and previous administrations have shown. The US could have implemented democratic forms of government in every country across the planet.. But then we'd be responsible for creating the economic and social foundations that need to underpin democracy. We could have implemented "Marshall Plans" for the world, as we did for defeated Japan and Germany... But even then, I'm sure you and Chomsky would find every possible crack in the veneer for you to exploit... The bottom line is that Chomsky has no real interest in democracy except as a means of hiding behind the rights it bestows upon him. He'll have no part in engaging and physically opposing those who would seek to subjugate him or others... Oftentimes I think Heinlein had it right when he wrote "starship troopers".. In that world, only those who fought to defend and preserve the system had the right to vote for the system's leadership. Btw, still wondering about YOUR DD-214... Obviously you've never served a day in the military, nor would ever have the guts to do so.. Yet, you spend endless hours criticizing this country which only exists as a result of the military. Hawk
