Sure, I follow that. We used the Mafia during the Second World War and that tended to blow back.

Still all in all we are left with no infiltration as a result of having no devils.

It's difficult to be pure in a situation like this. The only person who crushed the Afgani's in the past was Genghis Khan who probably had very few rules of combat, wouldn't you agree?
