Did not seen it on SI but has any one evaluate the possibility that Afghanistan / Tajikistan could serve as territory trough which the oil from the Caspian Sea basin and Kazachstan would be transferred to Northern India, Pakistan and Western China ??

If they designed a oil pipe line to cross the Caucasus and the Anatolia mountains in Turkey to deliver crude oil at the Mediterranean shores why not to India ??
