Sorry. No Bruce Willis to come to the rescue in my hypothetical. Only works that way in Hollywood. It took one day of terror on 9-11 and airport security is/was forever changed. More terrorist acts would similarly impact other aspects of American life, perhaps including "the God-given right to own guns" with no form of government interference. I'm not against gun ownership. I just think we need to treat such as a privilege of a free society with responsibilities, not some kind of antiquated "God-given right." It's just a matter of time before Uncle Sam starts to address this issue.
