hypostomus....I have gone to many movies that the critics didn't like....but that didn't stop me from going. If someone is making a decision whether or not to buy Alan's book based on someone else's opinion, maybe that person shouldn't be trading....he might buy a stock based on someone else's opinion....rather than formulating his own. If that same person has been following this thread for any length of time, he will see that opinion to be in the minority any way. I find almost all of the books I read on trading to be difficult....but I also manage to get something out of everyone I read..... Alan's in particular helped me make it through the worst periods of this bear market and gave me a whole new perspective on my trading techniques....As far as a lot of the other information in his book, I figure it's going to take a few more years until I fully grasp all of the information he offers.....God willing, I'll have the time. JMHO Scott
