Unfortunatly Scott, they've done even worse on "social problems". As has been amply demonstrated, the biggest impediment to success in America today is people's shitty attitudes. Instead they are given selfdefeating, Jeese Jackson/Al sharpton victacrat B.S. I spend a good amount of time amongst the "poor and downtrodden" and I can tell you I've never seen anyone get up and out of it until they put aside the "poor me" crap and accept responsibility for themselves.

Thankfully, once they do, the sky is the limit.
