Tom, I don't play options, and personally, I think these are very dangerous, and in the case of SCON, doubly so. Here are some of the downside considerations on SCON (and CDTS), they are still negative cash flow, the reason is that the wireless space is developing much slower than was expected a year ago, and their customers, or at least many of these customers, are short on cash. SCON and CDTS are locked in a serious patent battle with ISCO and there is no knowing who will win, and furthermore, the presence of that battle may negatively impact sales of new systems, until this battle is decided, no big chance of a major run. ;ast, before I can even start and ma a potential "timing" for the scenario to develop, SCON must close above $6.25 aggressively. Right now, I am using both CDTS and SCON as highly speculative play that can as easily lose 30% in one day (CDT today) as they can rise 50% the next day (SCON last week).
