The market internals turned up Wednesday and the screened stock ratio jumped into positive at 11.2 to 3.0 favoring buying. This puts the estimate of market risk down another notch to low. Beverage, biotechs, medical equipment and healthcare topped the strong groups for the intermediate and short term. Semiconductors have made a strong comeback.
