Mr. Staya: Thank you for your prompt reply. No question, despite
the fact that more than several very large foreign companies- such
as Playmates Toys, Ltd., Cifra, Guinness, Hang Seng Bank, etc.-
trade on the pink sheets, there is little argument that the small pink
sheeter penny stocks are generally the most ignored securities in the
markets. Reportedly, there are very few brokerage houses that will
even touch pink sheet penny issues.
