Your the more then welcome, it's the least I could do. I do have a question that is on topic. Right now, as I'm sure you are aware, the market is current running on faith. In my book the best time to be in the market is when anticipation is the theme, like we have now. Want I'm wondering about is how far can the current rally run before reality sets in as the market slams in the wall of actual fundamentals, and when that wall will start to be built? I would think sometime during the middle of first qr. of next year would be the time frame of the wall being built with construction well along by Dec.
