O'Neill to return to Washington for Cabinet meeting, cancels New York event. WASHINGTON (AFX) Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill has cancelled a speaking appearance in New York to return to Washington for a meeting with President George W. Bush's Cabinet a Treasury spokesman said. O'Neill was scheduled to speak at 12:00 Noon at a New American Alliance event in New York. The White House has separately announced Bush will hold a press conference at 8:00 p.m. tonight. Any ideas what this is about?
