It would be a mistake to announce something like that at mid day. The market would rally excessively. This would be unfortunate because the US has only just begun this struggle. With or without ben Laden, we still have a world of terrorist problems -- a real rat's nest. For example, did you see the report that a member of the Pakastan Govt. had wired $100,000 to the 9/11 attack leader, Mohammed Atta.
