Actually INTC had a pretty high PE in June. At $78/share it was trading at a PE in the low 30s (estimates don't count. This is an actual PE). As for forecasting, it doesn't matter if they are right or wrong. The stock is going to fall short term if it gets downgraded. INTC even came out and said that this quarter will be flat...so good luck. -JW
