"5. What is AMD's product offering in the 128 Megabit and 256 MegaBit flash memory?"

AMD recently introduced its first 3.0 Volt 128 Mbit density Flash memory (Am29LV652). This product consists of two 64 Mbit devices combined in a single package. Other 128 Mbit Flash memories will be introduced in the future, both in monolithic and stacked die configurations. The Am29LV652 is available in an FBGA package.

The AMD Flash portfolio is expected to also include a 256 Mbit Flash device by the end of 2002. AMD is committed to offering high density devices with the excellent performance, reliability, and service that customers expect from AMD.

1. What is Intel's flash offering with 1 million erase cycles?
2. What is Intel's flash offering with zero-power operation?
3. What is Intel's flash offering that can be read while programming or erasing with no latency?
4. What is Intel's flash offering that is packaged with SRAM in a multi-chip module?

Or is all that Intel have is that low quality flash they have pushing for a while...?
