This product consists of two 64 Mbit devices combined in a single package. Other 128 Mbit Flash memories will be introduced in the future, both in monolithic and stacked die configurations. The Am29LV652 is available in an FBGA package. The AMD Flash portfolio is expected to also include a 256 Mbit Flash device by the end of 2002.
