Who dropped 3 million shares of Telepanel on the floor of the TSE during yesterday's opening? Other than the debt holders, who had 3 millions shares? I guess a past leader might have accumulated that number. How would such a game fit within a tax planning strategy? How about diworsification? It's hard to see how selling out at such lows inspires any confidence at all. C'est l'vie. Condolences to the seller and let's just hope the buyer doesn't fall into the same pit as the seller. nf ps This reminds me of the last big block trade. If I remember rightly, Vengrowth dropped over 1 million shares on March 20th, 2000. That trade marked the end of a three month period of volume trading in the 3 to 4 loonie range. What was the news then?
