I have mentioned medi-dog HGR in the past, today it is the NYSE biggest % gainer on an upgrade from Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB)... Where were these "experts" when it was a buck?????? $5 this minute. HGR was making prosthetics during the civil war!!! I can tell you where (CSFB) was when it was a buck, they were buying, so they could sell into their own self-serving upgrade. Too bad a gem like SLTI is too thin for them to play.. Boyd, you & bwanadon do a good job of sorting the list into usable pieces...
