Dear Robert O:

It is if they always have one time events! When was the last time they did not have a one time event? The bar is too low for Intel's one time events. Given their history, many of those so called "one time events" has happened more than once, thus should not be allowed to be called a one time event. What are they going to call a one time event, each CPU they replaced because it failed while under warranty?

Take calling acquisitions one time events when they do it dozens of times over the last 3 years. 12 times in 3 years is not a one time event. Also why call only expenses one time events and not revenues?

As to the ongoing operations comment, then they should have taken out the revenue from sales of stock, tax breaks, etc. They didn't, so Pro Forma does not equal ongoing operations. You didn't get that. End of story.

Pete
