I think the Islamic world is probably more concerned about enflaming us than we are about enflaming them ... the smart ones are anyway. The longer and more vicious this war becomes the more they will suffer economically. What American company (or a company from any other civilized country) would put an office in or invest in an Islamic country if the image they get is that they are all a bunch of savages? No company that I know of would. The economies of Islamic countries will suffer for many years to come because any country with any sense will pull out their money from them. They will be worse off than they were before the war started ... for that they can thank Osama bin Laden. They want him dead as much as we do ... unless they're complete idiots.
