I count differently:

Fab5
D1B
D1C
D1D - Planned
F15
F20 - Same building but separate from D1B
RP1

I get it... okay I do know one tidbit here which will help things out here. D1B and F20 are the same building, one fab with no internal divisions. The "D1B" portion of the group is most likely gone or nearly gone as 0.13 micron is the last 8" process, it's already ramping/ramped at F20, and the development people will all be moving on to D1C (if they haven't already). So D1B is F20... and the D1B designation will go away.

Fab 5 used to be D1. Fab 15 used to be D1A if memory serves. There was an expansion at one point. Not sure whether or not the RB1 section has cleanroom space or not, I would think so given it's geography between to class 1 fabs, but I could be wrong.
