David, Your question wrongly assumes a P.E. of 15. While the present quarter will be soft, the third quarter, with business in the pipeline may still turn out strong. If it does, the prior P.E. of 39 would be justifed, and this stock will easily rebound to its prior levels, particularly with shorts (such as yourself?) going in. Typical Wall Street overreaction and over sell situation. I've seen it happen time and time again and it is clearly happening here. This is a company with solid fundamentals, growing in an industry which itself is growing (outsourcing of telecommunications services). If you think this is anything but a blip on the chart, you are mistaken. As for prior comments on this thread regarding valuation of the companies rolled up - remember, this is a company consolidatng a fragmented industry. Much of the consolidation took place over the past year in an environment of aggressive growth rewarded by having to turn down excellent business becuase of insufficient capacity. Now the capacity just came on line, it may take a quarter or so for it to reach its potential. If you are in this for the long term you should realize that economies of scale favor TLSP, industry trend toward outsourcing favors TLSP, and TLSP's innovative pay for performance favors it. I have no problem going strong long in this company at these levels.
