I'm not an expert on Israeli politics, but what is so special about the particular piece of land that Israel occupies? It is relatively puny compared to the entire mid-east, and it seems that Israelis needed some place to go after the attempted elimination of their people by Hitler. Is there anything positive with their presence at all iyo?
