if indeed the American Media event is a purposeful attack by terrorists (and not some copy cat "terrorist" with criminal intent aimed only at the National Enquirer), there still could be cause for great concern.

I disagree Michael. This attack, if it was one, was a complete flop. I say flop because 1 vs. thousands is a big difference. In addition, the terrorists depend on widespread publicity but this one fellow could have died and no one would have ever really known about the cause if not for a heads-up medical diagnosis.

BTW, the most amusing angle I've seen on the Iraqi capabilities is that the fact that only two liquid anthrax rockets were located by the inspectors while the chemical toxin rockets numbered in the thousands. The inspectors believed this clearly indicated that the Iraqis were completely aware of the uselessness of the bioweapon devices. BUT, just last night on CNN, I saw this this situation presented as how much we should worry because the Iraqis even had anthrax loaded on SCUD missiles!
