Ten re: Actually, I'm worried about the opposite effect. Ever hear of crying wolf? we can not do anything about the terrorists attacks anyway so the best thing is to do what we always do. The opposite effect is ok. bin Ladin (and such) wants to paralyze the country with fear so the goal of all the announcements maybe is to create that opposite effect.
