What is the solution ... I reported on an explanation, not a solution. There are several solutions suggested by the economists all of which involve getting information that can be trusted to both buyer and seller. Regulation is one way, but only if the regulators are trusted. Various forms of put your money where your mouth is guarentees are another way to verify information. TP
