that is exactly the problem. There is a lot of new constructions going here and in business district they try to do it at night. So should I call police each time I see workers going into manhole whenever I stay late?
As you probably saw it on tv or read it in newspapers bin Laden instructed his terrorists to look and behave exactly like the rest of us.
