No, I didn't miss it. I just saw the $1.44 conversion price and figured THAT was the reason for the recent action on the shares rising from $0.30. I wondered what was behind it and I found out.

Is it good, bad or indifferent? I dunno. I'm looking for some cash sales. Then when LUMM is trading north of $20, nobody will remember this trivial pursuit at $1.44!
