To the "Thread,"

Expect the company to "pre-announce" their judgement of final second
quarter numbers early next week. Current betting is a loss of about
$ .15 per share exclusive of non-recurring writedowns of R&D related
to the recent gigabit ethernet acquisition.

To say that the "Street" isn't enthralled with management would be
akin to saying that kids don't like spinach. To carry the child-like
analogy a little further, I have further suggestions for the Chairman,
Mr. Penisten:

Sir, please do the following:

Replace the Company President, who is perceived out here as both
ineffective (perhaps worse) and downright misleading.

Also, retain a good investment banker to seek ways to "enhance
shareholder value." It is clear that your marketing organization is
incapable of getting you to the next level, and the shareholders would
be much better off having the company sold and their assets returned
to them for more effective deployment. Obviously, current prices do not
project the real value of your existing technology. The problem,
however, is that there is no-one there that has a clue as to how to
make it all "work".

Mr. Penisten......"Pretty Please!!!" Perhaps I may still be able to
enjoy the turkey at this year's Thanksgiving table.
