Oh Yeah!!! I can beat that one... I have a report from the Yankee Group in 1998 stating that GMPCS Satellite Services represents a market greater than 20 Billion by 2005!! And WOW!! Look at that potential market revenue.... Now there is a figure I CAN BELIEVE... he results indicate a potential market of nearly 20 million users, and possible annual revenue of more than $350 million for mobile operators offering data mobility, or synchronization services as a ``value-add'' to existing users. $350 million for mobile operators.. WOW!! What a market!! How much is Sprint spending on network upgrades this year??? Something like 4 Billion Dollars, if memory serves me correct.. Let's see... 350 million in Revenues divided by 20 million users equals.. Yikes... $17.5 dollars a year!! Divide that over 12 easy monthly payments equals $1.45 a month.. Some people pay more than that for CALL FORWARDING for God's sake!!! I can see the headlines now.. CALL FORWARDING market as big as 3G!! Yeap!!! It a HUGE market alright!!! PCSTEL
