Joe,

I sense a high degree of personal hate on your part for Telxon; however, it has blurred your vision. I can't speak to the re-org problems but in my experience there is nothing out of the ordinary. Cut backs are awful for the folks that get tapped on the shoulder but necessary for the survival of the company.

Good luck to to the people who were displaced. If they are good at what they do they're probably working already. If they were dead wood things are going to be a little tougher.
