No.... I'm calling you a moron because you can't understand plain english... I stated civilized nations don't take research material made available to them for humanitarian purposes, and then attempt to weaponize it. Iraq did so... and thus, can not be considered to fall within the term "civilized", as I used it. What's really amazing here Thomas... is that with every post you write, I gain more of a sense that you're some disaffected, snot-nosed, 14 year old child of a retro-60's upbringing, who's been sneaking in his parent's room to read their Chomsky books..
