Dupont Photomasks Hires Satish Rishi as CFO

ROUND ROCK, Texas, Oct 12 (Reuters) - DuPont Photomasks Inc. (DPMI,Trade), which makes devices used to produce semiconductors, said on Friday it hired Dell Computer Corp. (DELL,Trade) executive Satish Rishi as chief financial officer, effective Nov. 5.
Rishi, 42, who also will hold the position of executive vice president of finance, succeeds Gerd Stoecker, who has resigned effective Oct. 31 to pursue other opportunities, DuPont said.
The company said Rishi most recently was vice president and assistant treasurer of Dell. Before joining the world's No. 1 computer maker, he spent 12 years at chipmaker giant Intel Corp. (INTC,Trade), most recently as assistant treasurer.
At DuPont Photomasks, Rishi will lead its global finance organization and be responsible for the overall financial direction of the company. |
