"You have to eliminate the terrorists before you can eliminate poverty." It's still a what came first thing, the chicken or the egg. Palestinian terror can be attributed, in part, to seemingly endless oppression and squalor. We got to where we are today for ignoring the suffering of innocent people. Palestinian terror emerged from that. However, I agree, at this point in time, stop the terror and move toward some sort of truth and reconciliation.
