Where in your stats do you describe the skillsets required to be a "worker" vs. that of CEO, or does that matter?

So let's not lose sight of the "real story":

Inflation rose 32% during the decade.
Worker pay rose 37% during the decade.
CEO pay rose 571% during the decade.
