As I said, it passed 37 to 22 but...

It got more debate than any other part of the bill.
Reps. mentioned that the credit card industry opposes it.
Lafalce mentioned the House leadership opposes it.
Chris Cox said the White House opposes it.
I got an email from the NV. legislator that introduced their internet gaming bill, and they're opposed to it. She said it goes before the Rules Committee next week, and the chairman, David Dreier, voted against the Goodlatte bill last year.

And I agree, the gaming industy has some powerful friends in the Senate, namely Sens. McConnell & Lott.

In the end it will be purged because it is just a cheap trick to sneak through an extraneous bill.
