Hi Sonny, Good to hear from you too. Yep I really liked whats been going on the last couple of days in the market. It had to turn around eventually. Maybe today will be good too. So far doesn't great though. INTC and SUNW were both up.. for now. <VBG> I agree about DC not being really safe right now but where is. Maybe that bunker in NE someone is trying to sell for 250k on e-bay. LOL!! I am going to a Security Conference SANS (for the techies, UNIX of course) and I had a choice of DC or San Francisco. I would have loved to come to DC but I don't feel very safe about it right now. Not that SF will be much better. But.. I WILL see the Pacific in the day light. <GGG> Some of you will get this. ;-) I heard some of Bushs speech last night. My daughter was scrounging all her quarters for the kids in Afghanistan. That was very sweet. Made me very proud. I teach my kids I don't care what color people are it's what's inside that counts. We even like purple people with green hair. LOL!! I also had to set her strait that we don't hate the Afghanistans, just terrorists and those crazy people can live in any country even the US. Ie Oklahoma City. cbs.marketwatch.com The retail numbers didn't look to good for the high ends. But Walmart was good. Maybe all the sympathy buying some people are doing will help next qtrs #'s. They thing xmas may be better. I think one of the commentators on the nightly business report was a bit wrong though. It's not a separation of the haves and have not's. Hey even the haves shop at walmart it's cheap. How does he think they got to have it in the first place. I've seen some pretty nice cars in our walmart parking lot. <gg> Anybody refinancing??? I can't believe how low interest rates have gotten. Maybe time to by some land... Billwot is probably having fun with this one. Here's a couple of jokes for you. That Redskins one was really cute.
