Thinking about those explosives caused me to think of a couple of scenarios which the FBI might not have considered - haven't heard them mentioned as possibilities, both of which could cause a hell of a lot of trouble.

I just called the FBI field office in the place I was thinking of, and was told that they are considering the scenario I was thinking of, so that made me feel better. I felt sort of silly, but the person I talked to was very nice and seemed to appreciate the call. They don't accept emails.

Heard on the radio yesterday that they have enlisted the help of Hollywood screenwriters to brainstorm scenarios.
