I wish it were so easy. A friend is the CFO of a telco in Canada. They have come the conclussion that with the current technology they will NEVER make a profit on DSL services.

We need a cost-reducing technological breakthrough. I think that the 3G warning from Cringley should be fully understood. Remember just two years ago that broadband was assumed to be a lock.
