Actually, you epitomize stupefaction. Last time you erroneously stated that Reagan was "on Somoza's side". Message 16457026 siliconinvestor.com The Taliban were installed well after Reagan was out of office. They were installed primarily by Pakistan, mostly due to inattention of the failed Clinton regime. Clinton gets the blame for not taking Sudan's offer of delivering Osama to the US for trial.
