wellll...killing one person at a time is a far cry from the doomsday scenarios we've been hearing. Heck, they could just as easily knife a few people on the street and get a nice play in the media.

The object of these attacks, I think, seems to be to incite terror. In that respect, they are winning already and there have only been two locations involved and 4 people - yet we are all transfixed on this.

If the attacks are driven by the same terror group, its likely part of a larger plan.

I don't even want to muse publicly about some other methods they could use to easily drive up the infection count.

The FBI representative said something surprising, they are receiving THOUSANDS of anthrax hoax reports.

Exactly. It reduces their effectiveness. Suddenly they have a huge and increasing caseload at a time when they need to be looking for potentially more serious threats.

Sounds like this is all part of a plan, no?

They can shut down or effectively slow down some very important functions without killing or infecting many people... and our problem, unlike a clear attack from a state, is we have no effective counter threat.
