slacker: I think, as a general rule, the more a company pisses off the RBOC's, the more I like them <g>. This isnt a case like the CLEC's....Leap isnt dependent on these companies for anything. LOL!! As a matter of fact I think LWIN can become a BIG pain in the side for the RBOC's.. I have always thought that HDR's quickest route to success would be deployments in rural areas for fixed wireless access. Yes, Fixed Rural Less than Top 30 Markets is the market for HDR IMO....
