I got greedy and did not cover at $9 (wanting it to go down further to the $5-$6 area before covering), but I did cover at $12 last week. I know JNPR has no chance and will inevitably and eventually go the $5-$6/shr range (if not lower). I will short it again. It has no chance to survive against Cisco. Also covered my other short position (ARBA) at $2/shr which brought me some serious gains which I have not had for quite some time. It was a nice change! :)

In any event, right now I am just worried about what is happening in the world. The more I see these psychopaths calling themselves Muslims burning flags, advocating violence, etc. the more I get the bad feeling that if these are not stopped we soon have a total absolute chaos in the world. I saw it 23 years ago in Iran when Khomeini groupies took over, and I am getting the same exact feeling now. US should be a lot more aggressive with absolutely no mercy dealing with these psychopaths. No more diplomatic considerations. In addition to Afghanistan there are a quite a few other countries (or let me say "governments" to be politically correct and not to mix the government with the people)in that region that deserve to be punished - if not eliminted in the harshest manner possible. And I sincerely hope Bush realizes that following the traditional civilized ways through diplomacy or economic policies do not solve the problem of eliminating these psychopaths from the face of the planet.
