It's not about the timing at all. I do not understand the questions.

Your first question:
Could you see a wave 4 in a 1..2..etc extending higher?

The wave 4 here points down first of all and, secondly, they don't extend.

Your second question:
Or even a 2 wave starting 3 wave impulse

How did a wave 2 come into this? What's a 3 wave impulse?
