I'm very encouraged by today. The Nas went down, bounced at support (= the gap = April low), and ended up. This, on a day when the only topic on CNBC was anthrax bioterrorism, interspersed with commercials from bankrupcy/tax lawyers: "End your tax/debt nightmare NOW! Call......." We are at the point in the manic/depressive cycle where, if reality turns out to be any better than our worst fears, it's good news, and stocks go up.

Sold a few NTAP LEAPs today, which means I'm completely off margin, and am now accumulating cash.

First big snow of the year in Anchorage yesterday. When my wife went to work, there were 2 school busses and 5 SUVs in the ditch at one bad place in the road. She's decided she wants a cellphone now.
