Paul, free from excessive governmental intrusion? I guess I didn't think enough. Lee provided me with some links that show that the PPT actually does exist, so I stand corrected. But the concept of them always seemed too nebulous to make me a believer. But as I stated to Lee, Their effectiveness seems questionable and I don't think every time bad news is taken in stride lately that one can credit the PPT for the action. Some of it really is the free markets at work, or at least the big boys at work without impetus from Washington.
