Attorneys acting in bad faith

I was told by someone familiar with laws but not an attorney that you can sue attorneys for acting in bad faith or bringing forth frivolous lawsuits. I think that is the next step in the defense of these frivolous suits. Win a good one against an attorey and maybe they won't continue to start these frivolous things. I know in Philly they have bad faith laws. The judge even brought it up when ASTN's attorney was acting in bad faith by refusing to talk to me because I had no attorney.
