But isn't it possible that we are entering or about to enter a period where it may make good sense to buy a gorilla stock using selectivity and care?

In fact, if the general theory about the value of gorillas and the market is valid and the only reason it was violated during the bubble was because of the unusual extremity of that bubble, and we are currently in an extreme counter-reaction to the bubble, then it would almost seem like now was a time when good buys were almost certain, at least if one was looking out five years. And yet, some of the valuation discussions seem not to be saying this. Why not?
