Jacob, Don't you think that the fear that these biological attacks have generated are just what the enemy desires. The truth is that anthrax by mail, supposing that it is being disseminated in this fashion, is a pretty weak agent. I for one refuse to live any differently at this point. Of course I live in a small town and do not work in the media<g>.
On another topic what about the wild swing that Qualcomm took over the last 10 days-I have always been curious whether those severe movements without any major change in the financials or prospects of a company are possibly manipulation of major brokerages and or hedge funds. My investing style, LTBH gorillas(somewhat unpopular at this time, but still fits my needs and capabilities), dictates that I do not react to these swings, but I cannot help but notice them. Any opinions? UF, feel free to chip in.
