In case you haven't noticed , Bin Laden is not a country populated with people, nor Is Saddam Hussein a country, nor is Millosavich. Nor Colombia, or Nicaragua, or The Sudan, a person or Panama, or dozens of others. Cambodia, Laos, East Timor, and on and on. What was that little Island you recently bombed.,,, Oh yeah, Grenada .

PS; You won't dare arrest him , or Saddam Hussein--- What would you use as the sales pitch after that? And who better to do your covert dirty work?
