Peter, in regards to investing in O&G, it isn't all that difficult. I tend to look at the broader picture, which is why SDII is in the “Market Trends and Strategies” category. IMHO, it's usually the combination of a booming economy and the scarcity cycle that has me playing this thing over and over again.

Few other things to keep in mind and why I’m in head first:

1) NG is at an historical bottom
2) NG stocks are too beaten down and are trading at an average 2x CF/S
3) Drilling capex have been cut, this will lead to supply constraints.
4) Consolidation happens at either the top or the bottom of a sector’s market cycle.
