No, it definitely is not. Eco2 is in great trouble and has the symbol TIRE.
Ecotyre Technologies Inc. has a current symbol of ETTID., following a 7 for 1 reverse split about two weeks ago. It had a previous symbols
of ETTCD and ETTIC and ETTI.
Your first post alarmed me. I am glad to see your second seeking to clarify.
Todays quotes for ETTID and recent history. The EPS is not of much value considering the huge effect of the split. It's hard to get to the boards of the company here and on SI before it changed to ETTID. Suggest
contact manager of boards.

Hope this clarifies that Ecotyre has no resemblance to TIRE, other than a product. However, ETTID's product is a major higher quality product.
It's tires are "molded", in European style, to put recycled sidewalls and tread on the used tire casing. These are not like 'retreads".
They carry a 50,000 mile guarantee, but are much cheaper than "new" tires.
